My professional journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to problem-solving and positive impact. With nearly three decades as a communications engineer and sales consultant, I developed a strong foundation in delivering practical, scalable solutions around the world.
Later, my transition into juvenile corrections allowed me to witness the transformative power of creativity in young lives. By integrating art into daily routines, I observed how creative activities fostered a sense of pride, accomplishment, and community among youth.
