At this time, JT-MaX ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
4. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and selected delivery method. We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be clearly stated during such events.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination. While we strive to meet these timelines, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
JT-MaX Trading Company LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist in filing claims when possible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address. JT-MaX is not liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
