JT-MaX Trading Company LLC – Return & Refund Policy (Formal Legal Version)

1. Overview

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from JT-MaX Trading Company LLC (“JT-MaX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website www.jtmaxtrading.com or direct sales events within the United States.

2. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for health, safety, or customization reasons. These include:

  • Any used or decorated clothing items (such as Create-a-Tee kits once opened or used).

  • Personalized or custom orders.

  • Gift cards or digital downloads.

4. Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us before returning it to confirm availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace or refund the item promptly at no additional cost.

We want you to love what you order from JT-MaX. Here’s the easy version:

  • You have 30 days after getting your item to return or exchange it if it’s unused and in original packaging.

  • We can’t take back Create-a-Tee shirts or other items that have been opened, worn, or customized.

  • To start a return, just email or call us first — we’ll tell you where to send it.

  • You’ll usually pay for the return shipping unless we made a mistake or the item was damaged.

  • Once we get your return and check it, we’ll issue a refund within about a week.

  • If something arrives broken or defective, let us know right away and we’ll fix it or replace it fast.
